One Pan Sesame Ginger Salmon & Broccoli

Salmon is one of my favorite types of fish to eat. Not only does it have great flavor and texture, it’s healthy, and doesn’t take long to prepare. This One Pan Sesame Ginger Salmon & Broccoli will soon become one of your family’s favorite recipes.

Both my daughters (only age three and one) LOVE salmon. If you have kids, you know that from one day to the next they can completely change their eating habits and likes/dislikes. One night they will hate chicken and the next night they’ll eat like a pound of it. Salmon is the one protein I can always count on them enjoying which is awesome because first, my husband and I really enjoy it; second, it’s got heart healthy fats; and third, it is so super easy for me to prepare.

Sour Cream Noodle Bake

This noodle bake is simple to throw together and totally yummy. My whole family loved it. The only thing I changed was added a little extra tomato sauce. I thought it needed it but everything else was perfect. I served ours with some garlic bread twists and a green salad. It was a perfect and easy weeknight meal.

Oh, and real quick- I am NOT a cottage cheese fan at all yet there’s cottage cheese in this recipe. You can’t taste it (in my opinion) it just gives it some extra cheesy goodness. And that’s never a problem with me.

Sloppy Joes are the first meal we eat every year at the cabin up north. Mom always makes a huge batch and freezes it for the drive (6 hours in to the middle of nowhere), and then we throw it on the stove and everyone chows down once we’ve unloaded.
